
With the aim of keeping our business clear and creating the best relationships with our clients, we have the following Terms and Conditions.
Invoices will be sent out at the time of booking of a session and payment of account is confirmation of the booking. Accounts are due within one month of the invoice being sent out, or seven days after the service, whichever is sooner.
We accept cheque, PayPal or bank transfer.
Cancellations
After confirmation of booking, if the session is cancelled, we may charge a percentage of the full fee. Any cancellations must be made in writing. Sessions cancelled within 21 days of the event may incur a charge of 50% of the full fee.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if the session is resheduled within three months. Resheduled sessions will be charged according to the fee shedule at the time of re-booking.
We reserve the right to change our services and fees at any time.
