With the aim of keeping our business clear and creating the best relationships with our clients, we have the following Terms and Conditions.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent out at the time of booking.
Accounts are due on receipt on invoice, with sessions being prepaid.
Responsibility
All care will be taken in looking after the welfare of participants during our sessions. We will be vigilant in informing all participants of what is involved at each stage of the sessions, and in taking care of their own well-being while particpating. The Client will at all times be legally responsible for the health and safety of their employees in our sessions, workshops and keynote presentations.
Cancellations
If the session is cancelled by the client, a percentage of the full fee may be charged. Any cancellations must be made in writing. Sessions cancelled within 21 days of the event may incur a charge of 50% of the full fee.
Late payments
Payments are to be received before the session day. Payments not received within 14 days of the session may incur a fee of $30 per month overdue, or part thereof.
We reserve the right to change our services and fees at any time.
