TEAM BUILDING
Conference Laughter Session
The benefits of laughter and play are well documented, and this session is bound to please. With its focus on stress release and teambuilding, the session involves the group in playful participation and letting go. Excellent for training days.

Team Spirit
Is your team flagging? Do you need to reawaken enthusiasm and team spirit? These sessions are designed to give your team some understanding of stress in their lives and ways to work with it. Highly interactive and stimulating. Tailored to your specific objectives.

WORKSHOP ELEMENTS

Our workshops include presentations, interactive exercises, team games, stress management tools and experiential learning. The longer sessions allow time for deeper group processes. Focused to your specific requirements.

Stress Management and Well-being
Laughter Yoga is a recognised practice for clearing the mind and managing emotional stress. Effective for enhancing group dynamics, especially in times of transition, heavy workloads or to help clear negative attitudes.

Interpersonal Communication
Imagine the difference it would make if your team communicated more effectively. Develop new skills in a creative and fun setting. Benefits include reducing barriers and making for a more focused, energised and empowered team.

Relaxation
Be guided in simple and effective techniques in relaxation, visualisation, letting go and releasing unhealthy stress. A gentle approach. Excellent for people who work under a lot of pressure.

Laughter for Health and Wellbeing is a combination of gentle breathing, easy stretches and laughter exercises in a group setting. We don't tell jokes but work with the natural group dynamics to bring out a buoyant cheer in participants.

Play and laughter are one of the best ways to experience naturalness and release of built up stress.
